Our family has used Crandall Heating & Air for years. They are a first class company. Last year I called and they walked me through the fix over the phone without even having to come out for free. We live in a world where that does not happen very often anymore. I just had them do a changeout on our house and I could not be more happy with the service and quality. I highly recommend them!
I don't need lots of air conditioner service. I do most things myself BUT when the sealed part of our system seemed to have failed, I had to find someone to service it. Under the recommendation of a good friend I contacted Crandall H&A via email. They emailed me back the same day and said that Keith would be calling me. Keith made and appointment... and then kept it! He did not show up late or intoxicated, like some people I've had come. He knew what he was doing and had my system going again in two hours. He was full of helpful advice and explained what he was doing... I like that. He said the thing we all hate to hear... you need a new this and it's going to cost $,$$$. But in the end, he had an alternative he would not guarantee, but said he had not seen it fail. 3# of gas (Don't call it Freon!), a can of stop leak, some coil cleaner and Keith's pro expertice cost me $600. The systems running fine again, Fine? It is almost too cold, I get "frosted" sitting by my computer which is near a vent! LOL Many thanks Keith of Crandall H&A. Crandall's Plumbing is amazing! During this very intense health crisis we had a frozen garbage disposal. We were very nervous to have someone come into our home. Crandall took the time to talk us through trouble shooting and after about 45minutes we got it working again! He did say they could come if we needed. Life in the time of Covid-19. Neighbors helping neighbors. These guys have it all going on.

I just had a couple of large projects completed by Crandall's.
We purchased a new washer and dryer and after two loads in the new washer it stopped working! Found out that it was a plumbing issue and had Ryan come out to take a look. He was fast, efficient and honest, all of the things you want out of a service provider. We were doing laundry in the new washer again the next day! I don't wish plumbing issues on anyone but at least we know that Crandall's is here if we ever have issues in the future. Thank you Ryan!
